# Overview

Mama's Lunch Club is the fastest and easiest way for individual subscribers order lunch - delivered right to their office.

Starting just before noon, Mama's team makes one round of deliveries each day to local businesses. Later that afternoon we swing back through to collect the packaging, which is 100% reusable.

## Getting Started

Getting started is as easy as 1-2-3.

  <Step title="Order Lunch via SMS">
    Respond to the daily text for lunch delivery. Order a daily special, get your usual, or ask for something else off the [menu](https://mountainmama.ai/restaurants). Tell us how you'd like it!
  </Step>

  <Step title="Pay Online">
    Around the 1st of each month, you'll receive an invoice at the email address provided during sign up. Pay online with a credit card.

## How to Order

Respond to our daily text and let us know what you'd like. We'll provide prompts to order a daily special. To order something else off the menu, just let us know what you'd like.

When our auto-responder recognizes an order, you'll receive an instant confirmation. Our team will respond to questions as soon as possible.

  We accept daily orders from 8 AM to 11 AM. Our text system will automatically notify when orders

  are placed after the cut-off time.

    Lunch Club is a meal delivery service offered to select locations in Bend, Oregon.

    We make ordering easy and fast, and take pride in eliminating single-use packaging from the service.

    Each weekday morning, we’ll send a short text sharing our daily specials. Reply with a single character to confirm, or send a longer text to tell us what you’d like. Your order will deliver around noon.

    At this time, there no delivery or membership fees. You pay only the menu price. We’re a little crazy like that.
